Ingredients

  • 6 pork loin chops

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 375°FMelt 1 Tablespoon of butter in a hot cast iron skillet. Now tenderize and season the chops with the salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Place the chops into the skillet and sear both sides. Add the potatoes, onions, and a Tablespoon of butter and place in the hot oven, then cook until potatoes are tender and pork loin is done in the middle.
