  • 2 teaspoons of salt and pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of Cajun seasoning
  • 2teaspoonsn of garlic salt
  • 2 teaspoons of oregano
  • 1/2 cup of water

Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat, and add the olive oil. Once the oil is hot, add the onions, garlic, cabbage, and potatoes, give it a quick and let it cook for five minutes. Now add the sausage, salt, pepper, Cajun seasoning, and oregano, and mix it all. Pour in the water, bring it to a quick boil for maybe five minutes, then turn the heat down and simmer until the potatoes are tender.
